What quality photo printer would you recommend?

I am looking for a new printer and I am confused with all the options out there. Me will use to print documents and photos for your scrapbook. I would like an all in one unit, but it is not necessary since they already have a scanner. The characteristic main thing I want is good photos, but I will pay more than $ 200.
